Do you get an allowance from the CAK (Central Administration) for costs you incur as a chronically ill or disabled? This is not a 'fee' and therefore do not have to reduce this contribution the deduction. This also applies if you get an allowance from the UWV (Employee Insurance) if you are incapacitated. Staging as a deduction

The specific costs of care you may step up as a deduction: • Medical and surgical assistance. These include costs for doctor, dentist, physiotherapist or specialist.
