What can we do to keep the length of telomeres?

What can we do to keep the length of telomeres?

What can we do to keep our telomeres to length so long we stay healthy and live longer possible? Kyle Leon The Most Professional Fitness Experts

Physical exercise

Physical exercise in leisure keeps telomere length in a recent (2008) study, even after gecorrecties were made for age, sex, weight, smoking, socioeconomic status and physical activity at work.

Sports keeps the telomeres longer, but extreme endurance (e.g. marathons) makes the telomeres shorten.

No smoking. Smoking shortens telomeres.

Reduce inflammation and oxidation. Telomere length is determined by the state of oxidation and inflammation (= inflammation).
Strength training keeps the muscles in telomere length and keeps muscles so young.

Take supplements that inhibit inflammation and oxidation. Polyphones and xanthenes are very good anti oxidants and anti-inflammatory, and are supplied by tea and mangos teen, respectively, and so tea extract and mangos teen extract. Through this ant oxidative and anti, telomeres are conserved. Become A Muscle Builder

Maintain a healthy weight. Obesity shortens telomeres.

Provide adequate sunlight. Women with higher concentrations of vitamin D in the blood display less age-related changes of the DNA, and have longer telomeres in the white blood cells. The researchers put this in relation to inflammatory activity.
